By downloading, installing, or using Colour ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Colour is a mobile application that provides seasonal color analysis tools, including color palettes, digital draping, color matching, and an optional AI-powered Color Analysis feature that classifies your seasonal palette from a photo you submit.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
You retain ownership of photos and content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the digital draping, color matching, and AI Color Analysis features. When you use the AI Color Analysis feature, you authorize us to transmit the photo you submit to our AI processor (Anthropic) for the sole purpose of generating your analysis result, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI Color Analysis results are produced by a machine-learning model and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Results may be imprecise, vary between submissions, or be affected by lighting, image quality, and other factors. They are not professional styling, medical, or other expert advice.

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including AI Color Analysis (a one-time $4.99 purchase that also removes ads) and ad removal. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Entitlements are managed via RevenueCat.
The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Color analysis results are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
