Most photos you capture or select in Colour are used locally on your device for digital draping and color matching, and are not uploaded to our servers unless you choose to save them to your account.
When you use the optional AI Color Analysis feature, the photo you submit is sent to our backend and then to our AI processor (Anthropic) for the sole purpose of generating your color analysis result. The photo is processed in transit and is not retained by Anthropic for model training. We do not store the submitted photo on our servers beyond what is required to return the result; only the resulting analysis (season, palette, neutrals, etc.) is stored against your account so you can revisit it.
Your data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for secure cloud storage and authentication. AI Color Analysis requests are routed through a Supabase Edge Function to Anthropic's API.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
Colour is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
